We assure each of you that all our locations are carefully following the guidelines and directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and industry experts.

As always, we hold ourselves to strict standard operating procedures regarding cleanliness and have implemented increased protocols to ensure all cleanliness and preventative efforts are followed. Learn more about our response to COVID-19 below. 

FBOs and Maintenance Facilities

At our Flight Terminals and in our Aircraft Service Centers, we are implementing enhanced cleaning processes at each of our four locations. We are working with contracted cleaning companies and staff to disinfect all touched surfaces regularly, in addition to our thorough daily/nightly cleaning process.

For aircraft undergoing maintenance, we are using the same cleaning process to disinfect the aircraft prior to delivery. The disinfectant products used are hospital grade and EPA approved products endorsed by the major aircraft manufacturers.

  • Pilot Lounge and Conference Rooms are temporarily closed.
  • Food service is limited.
  • Valet service is only available upon request.
  • Line service personnel are wearing gloves when handling luggage and travel items. 
  • Availability of hand sanitizer for both employees and guests throughout the facility, with more locations being added as product becomes available.

Our pilots and staff are following CDC guidelines on social distancing, hand washing and more. We have communicated to our teams that their jobs are secure in the event that they need to be quarantined. We are encouraging them to stay home if they are experiencing any symptoms in order to protect themselves and others. Other ways we are working to stop the spread include:

  • All employees are encouraged to wear masks whenever they are interacting with each other or customers
  • Maintain social distancing of 6’ with customers and each other whenever possible.
  • Employees are required to take their temperatures before arriving at work. Anyone registering a temperature must stay home.

The global COVID-19 pandemic has affected the daily lives of everyone, and the challenges we are seeing will likely have a long-term impact on our industry and nation.
